Clay Davis and Dottie Laster interviewed by J. Craig Gandy of JCI World News. Clay gives his vision of restoration and healing for victims of human trafficking through establishing a home of love and hope.

The Lighthouse of Hope Global Restoration Ministries mission is to be a beacon of light for the rescued victims of Human Trafficking / Modern Day Slavery.

Our objective will be to house, protect, support, and systematically restore victims to become productive members of society. This will be accomplished by using several different means with many areas to address.

Areas to address:
* Healthcare
* Social
* Spiritual well-being

Healthcare
We will address the physical as well as the psychological issues. We will work closely with Health and Human Services to insure the best possible care and documentation attainment. We will interview several OB/GYN and General Practitioners to insure we get the team that supports our vision. We will focus on female OB/GYN physicians to protect the integrity of our female survivors. We will make available youth and adult Psychology professional to address the many mental trauma issues.

Social
Education will be a major factor since many of the survivors will not have a formal education. We will work closely with the TEA (Texas Education Association) to advise us on the best avenues of education based on the age of the student. It will also be vital that we have various training functions available for adult survivors so they will have the opportunity to learn a trade while learning to mingle with others. They will also learn to trust once again. Trust is absolutely vital to their success. We plan to offer a wide range of educational possibilities from classroom settings to learning a trade.

Classroom Education:
* GED Training
* College coursework

Trade School: examples
* Hairstyling
* Manicures & Pedicures
* Dog Grooming
* Horse riding / training / grooming
* Raising cattle and goats
* HV/AC
* Nursing Aide
* Medical Assistant
* Computer Training
* Transportation Services (moving, delivery, etc.)

Spiritual
It is our belief that God will intervene in the lives of the survivors. His presence will be constant, but never forced upon anyone. We feel that the survivors will have had enough forced upon them during their time in captivity. We simply want to show them the kind of love and attention they deserve and let God do the rest. We will not force feed things of a spiritual nature to the survivors, but the staff will be expected to arrive early for daily intercessory prayer. As a ministry and as a very protective organization we will select our staff based on their spiritual horsepower. We will not discriminate against anyone from various denominations, but tasks will be assigned based on said spiritual understanding and horsepower. For example; if one's gifting is administration, we would not assign this person to survivor care and visa versa. We plan to address Inner Healing to those that do accept Jesus Christ plus we plan to have weekly church services. We will be listed as a Spirit Filled Non-Denomination environment.

Acts of a Spiritual nature:
* Intercessory prayer
* Weekly Services
* Salvations
* Baptism of the Holy Spirit
* Inner Healing
* Evangelistic Training
